Principle and functionnalities... The fluorescent light emitted by the fluorophore under NIR laser excitation is collected and projected on a remote screen with a spatial resolution of 300µm. Images or movies can be recorded. Works in infra-red filtered high quality ambient visible light. • Real time monitoring • Colored fluorescence overlay of the image • Real time user defined thresholding and display of the data • Records without compression: images, sequences of images and video • Data storage compatible with the main image processors on the market • Fully compatible with the freeware Image J.
