| 技术创新 | Key Features: The BioSpectrumAF Imaging System heralds a new era of fluorescent and colorimetric imaging. Through a combination of four lighting (one transillumination and three overhead) strategies, applications such as electrophoretic separations of protein and DNA, multiplexed fluorescent 2D analysis, chemiluminescent blots and whole plant luciferase and Green Fluorescent Protein imaging is now possible in the same instrument. The system is designed for the ultimate in flexibility: motorized fixed and zoom focal length lenses, nine position filter array and sample platform are all under control of the imaging software to give maximum repeatability, quantitation and field of view range. Features include: ▪Low capital cost compared to laser based scanning ▪High detection sensitivity ▪Wide dynamic range ▪Rapid signal acquisition by low noise CCD cameras (typically msec to seconds) ▪Availability of a wide range of highly sensitive stains for protein and nucleic acid analysis. With few exceptions, fluorescent stains used in post electrophoresis analysis of proteins and nucleic acids have significant excitation peaks with ultraviolet (280-365 nm) light, making midrange UV the excitation source of choice for high sensitivity analysis for most fluorophores. ▪Rapid multiplex analysis of proteins (multiple fluorescent signatures from a single gel), greatly simplifies the analysis of protein expression, turnover, and post translational modifications after one and two-dimensional SDS PAGE separations. ▪Select from a range of cooled cameras, with models cooled to -60 degrees absolute, and light tight darkroom to allow long exposure times for maximizing sensitivity and resolution. ▪The optional BioLite MultiSpectral Source for live plant and animal imaging can be used with the BioSpectrum AF. 返回顶部 |
