微压型压力变送器是专门针对微小压力测量领域的应用而开发的一种压力
测量产品。选用扩散硅压力传感器，内置放大处理电路将传感器毫伏信号转换
成标准电流或电压信号输出，采用一体化不锈钢全密封结构，体积小，重量轻，
安装使用方便简洁，具有较高的抗冲击和过载性能。可广泛应用于石油、化工、
电厂、矿山、城市供水和水文勘探等行业，需要对现场微小压力进行检测和控
制的领域。
General:
YS2BE low pressure transmitter is a pressure measurement product ,
which is designed and researched to measure lower pressure in particular.
Magnifying circuit transforms sensor MV signal to standard output current or
voltage by Diffusing silicon pressure transmitter .It is all stainless steel structure,
compact,light,easy to install and use ,which has the ability to stand strike and
overload. This product is applied extensively in petrolic ,chemical ,electric
power plant,mine,city water supply and water-detecting field and any place
where needs to measure low pressure.

使用与校准
1、安装与接线（见图）
各种类型的压力变送器均可直接接在检测系统的接口上或投入液体中，标准螺纹为M20 × 1.5。
24VDC电源通过屏蔽电缆给变送器供电（注意防水），“＋”接24VDC正极，“－”输出4－20mA电流给

2、使用:变送器接线如图所示，联线正确即可使用。
Using and calibration
No.1 Mounting and connection
All kinds of pressure transmitter will be connected directly to test system,with standard male thread M20×1.5.
Transmitter is supplied Power 24VDC by shielding cable(water-proof),with anode 24VDC connected and 4-
20MA for resistance.

As is shown in wiring diapram, using in correct connection.

注意事项
1、变送器是使用带膜片的传感器，切勿用任何物件接触膜片，以免造成永久性损伤而损坏传感器。在介质
温度太高(＞ 80℃)时，应加装散热器以保证测量精度．
2、安装时请电专业人员用专用工具进行安装、
3、变关器的校准应在加电5分钟后进行.并注意当时的环境温度．变送器不要随意开盖以免受潮，且变送器
壳体及导线屏蔽层应牢固接地避免干扰及雷击。
4、电源应当使用带有隔离的仪表电源避免工业电源串扰，特别慎用开关电源容易自激损坏变送器。电源及
信号输出应采用屏蔽电缆传输并压紧进线螺母，以保证气密性。依国家标准变送器每 6 个月应校准一次。
5、外配雷击管只能抗3A 冲击电流，应并联在＋、- 极之间。如果打穿，请更换该无件。
备 注
用户选型时请告知使用环境和安装方式，如对型号命名不清楚时可用文字说明，接口螺纹可根据要求单独
设计。
Note:
No.1 Transmitter is use the sensor with diaphragm actually. Please note that anything is prohibited to touch
diaphragm,protecting against destroying for ever.Add the radiator when temperature is over 80℃.
No.2 Installation under the instruction of skilled worker.
No.3 Calibrate the transmitter should be five minutes later when power is supplied and be aware of environment
temperature. It can not be opened case so as to keep dry.Case and leads will be connected to earth
avoiding disturbing and lightning strike.
No.4 Using gauge power with isolation to avoid industrial power disturbing,not using switch power at discretion,
which can destroy tramsmitter.Power and output signal will shield cable transmitting and press nuts firmly.
According to national standard ,it will be calibrated once six months
No.5 lighting-strike pipe can stand 3A current between anode and cathode .If it is broken,please instead .
