原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中硒含量

摘要采用微波消解的样品预处理技术和氢化物发生一原子荧光法,测定了水产品中硒含量。通过试验,确
定了微波消解样品的条件,优化了仪器的最佳工作参数,并对样品中6价硒的还原方式方法进行了研究和探讨。试验
中硒的检出限0.061_Lg/L,标准曲线最佳线性范围0.51_Lg/L一201Lg/L,加标回收率95.3%一104.5%,相对标准偏差
(RSD)为1.8%一5.O%(n=5)。方法简便快速、结果准确、灵敏度高、仪器廉价,易于普及,适用于水产品中硒的快速
检测。

Abstract A method based on microwave digestion——hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for
the determination of Selenium(Se)in the aquatic products was used.The experimental conditions and the instru—
mental parameters were optimized.The detection limit for Se Was 0.060e,/L and the linear range of Se was 0.5 tw,/
L~201ag/L,The recovery rate Was about 95.3%~104.5%and RSD Was 1.8%一5.0%(n=5).111e method is ac—
curate,rapid and convenient.It is suitable for determining Se in aquatic product with timesavingtimesaving.
