摘要:建立了测定烟用水基胶中铅(Pb)和砷(As)的微波消解.石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法,并采用该方法
测定了烟用水基胶中Pb和As的含量。结果表明:在优化条件下,Pb和As分别在O~50和0~20¨g/L范
围内,工作曲线的线性相关系数、方法的检出限、相对标准偏差及回收率依次分别为0.9992和0.9995,
0.075和0.037 mg/埏,6.77%和9.86%,87.97%~92.35%和93.37%~108.92%,所测水基胶样品中Pb和As含
量分别低于5 mg/kg和l mg/埏。该方法适合于烟用水基胶中重金属Pb和As的定量分析。

Abstract:A method for analyzing lead(Pb)and arsenic(As)in water-based adhesives for cigarette was
developed by microwave digestion—gr印hite fumace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of tested
samples showed that:under the optimized conditions, in the linear ranges of O·50肛g/L(Pb)and 0-20 p g/L
(As), the linear coef!Ficients, limits of dctection, relative standard deviations(RSDs),and recoveries were
0.9992 and 0.9995,0.075 and O.037 mg/kg,6.77%and 9.86%,87.97%-92.35%and 93.37%一108.92%,
respectively.The contents of Pb and As were less than 5 and 1 mg/kg,respectively.The method was suitable
for the quantitative analysis of lead and arsenic in water-based adhesives for cigarette.
