气相色谱法的人造纤维板中甲醛测定

摘要:本文分析了人造纤维板中甲醛的热解析特性。在设定的热解析、气相色谱程序升温条件下,
用甲醛色谱标样的浓度与峰面积绘制工作曲线,其线性置信度(R2)为0.9997;甲醛检出限为:
0.002μg/100g;样品加标回收率为96.97%~102.02%。实验表明:利用柱端直接热解析/毛细管气相色
谱测定人造纤维板中甲醛含量,是一种快速、无损、准确的新型分析方法。

Abstract
:The thermal desorption characteristic of the formaldehyde in fiberboard was analyzed in this
paper. Under the condition of the thermal desorption and the heat-procedure of gas chromatography, the
concentration and wave area of the formaldehyde standard sample of gas chromatography were used to
draw the curves. The linear confidence level (R2)is 0.9997,the detecting limit of formaldehyde is 0.002μ
g·100g-1, and the recovery rate is between 96.97%~102.02%. The test results show that the new analysis
method is fast, lossless and accurate.
