热解析气相色谱法测定土壤中苯系物

摘要： 建立了用热解析气相色谱法测定土壤中苯系物的方法。采用保留时间定性，外标法定量。。方法检出限
分别为：苯1．8¨g·L_1、甲苯3．5斗g·L-1、乙苯7．O斗g·L_1、间二甲苯8．6斗g·L_I xrt-=甲苯8．6斗g·r1、邻二甲苯9．8斗g·L『1、
苯乙烯10．0仙g-L-1；加标回收率在79％。100％之间，相对标准偏差为1．5％一3．9％。方法操作简便，快速，灵敏度
高．能适应现代化的应急监测。

Determination of Benzene Series in Soil by Thermal Desorption with Gas Chromatography

Abstract：The determination of benzene series compounds in soil by thermal desorption with gas chromatography has been
investigated．Retention time is used to qualitative analysis，and external comparison method is used to quantitative analysis．
The detect limit is 1．8 ug·kg一1 for benzene，3．5 ug·kg一1 for methylbenzene，7．0 ug·kg一1 for ethylbenzene，8．6 ug·kg一1 for
meta-xylene，8．6 ug·kg-1 for paraxylene，9．8 ug·kg一1 for dimethylbenzene and 10．0 ug·kg～for styrene．Standard recovery test
shows that recovery rate is between 79 percent and 100 percent．Relative standard deviation(RSD)is between 1．5％and
3．9％．This method is simple．rapid and hishly sensitive．It can fit the modern emergency monitoring．

苯系物包括苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻、间、对二甲苯等。
在化工．医药等行业应用广泛。但苯系物对人体有不
同程度的毒害。土壤中苯系物的本底很低。近年来受
工业“三废”的影响．苯系物在土壤中浓度有所变化。
因此测定土壤中苯系物的浓度对环境的控制有一定
的促进作用。
