均质器在电石渣脱硫中的应用

摘要：电石渣一石膏法是一种符合“以废治废、循环经济”精神的新兴脱硫工艺。制备浓度与粒径分布
合适的电石渣浆液是该工艺的关键。将均质器运用到电石渣的化渣流程中．分散化渣过程产生的团聚
物、细化浆液中的固体颗粒，从而使整个流程更加顺畅。

Abstract：The carbide slag—g)rpsum technology w鸽new pmcess for sulfur removal confo瑚ed to the spirit of
treating waste with waste and circulation economy．The key point 0f the pmcess was prepauration“the
carbide slurry with proper concentmtion and size distribution．The homogenizer w鹪印plicated in the
dissolution section of c盯bide slag for distributing the agdornemtion occurred and re6ning solid paIticles in
sluHy，which Hlakes the whole course more smoothly．
