概 述
YS1(YS-1)型陶瓷电容压力变送器采用具有国际先
进水平的陶瓷电容压力传感器，配合高精度电子元件，
经严格的工艺过程装配而成。它采用无中介液的压力测
量技术，充分发挥了传感器的技术优势，使变送器具有
优异的性能，同时抗过载和抗冲击能力强、温度漂移
小、稳定性高、具有很高的测量精度。
YS1(YS-1)型陶瓷电容压力变送器具有多种量程、
多种连接形式及多种接液材质。可广泛用于石油、化
工、电力、冶金、制药、食品等许多工业领域，可适应
各种工业场合及介质，是传统压力表及传统压力变送器
的理想升级换代产品，是工业自动化领域理想的压力测
量仪表。陶瓷电容压力变送器广泛应用于液体、气体、
蒸汽压力测量，液体液位测量。

General Remark
YS1(YS-1) Ceramic Capacitance Pressure Trans-
mitter adopts internationally advanced ceramic capaci-
tance pressure sensor, fitted with high accuracy elec-
tronic elements, through strict process assembly. It
adopts no medium liquid measuring technology, fully
perform transmitter s technical advantage, make
transmitter s more excellent function, meanwhile stron-
ger anti overload and anti impact ability, small thermo
drift, high stability, high measuring accuracy.
YS1(YS-1) Ceramic Capacitance Pressure Trans-
mitter has many range, connection types and wetted
materials. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, power,
metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food industries etc, suit-
able for various industrial environments, is ideal up-
grade replacement of traditional pressure gauge and
traditional pressure transmitter, is ideal pressure mea-
suring instrument in industrial automatization. Ceramic

Working
Principle
Transmitter is composed of sensor and electronic element circuit, pressure of measured me-
dium directly applies on sensor s ceramic diaphragm, force diaphragm to displace tinily in pro-
portion to pressure of medium, under normal working condition, diaphragm displace no more
than 0.025mm, electronic circuit detects this displacement, and convert it into standard indus-
trial measuring signal i.e. (4~20mA) corresponding to this pressure. When overpressure, dia-
phragm directly stick to solid ceramic base body, as there is only 0.1mm gap between dia-
phragm and base body, when overpressure, the maximum diaphragm displacement could be
no more than 0.1mm, (at that time, measuring diaphragm sticks to ceramic bracket, avoid
damage) so structurally prevent diaphragm from excessive deformation. Because diaphragm
adopts high functional industrial ceramic, sensor is significantly shock-proof and overload-proof.
From between lining electrode① and diaphragm electrode②capacitance variant in proportion
to pressure can be detected, capacitance variant value is amplified by laser micro adjustment
circuit to output direct voltage as high as 0.5-4.5V, computer can sample it directly.
工作原理
变送器由传感器与电子元件线路组成，被测介质的压力直接作用于传感器的陶瓷膜片上，使膜片
产生与介质压力成正比的微小位移，正常工作状态下，膜片最大位移不大于 0.025mm，电子线
路检测这一位移量后，即把这一位移量转换成对应这一压力的标准工业测量信号即（4～20mA）。
超压时膜片直接贴到坚固的陶瓷基体上，由于膜片与基体的间隙只有0.1mm，过载时膜片的最大
位移只能是0.1mm，(此时测量膜片贴到陶瓷支架上，避免损坏)所以从结构上保证了膜片不会产
生过大变形。由于膜片采用高性能的工业陶瓷，因而使传感器具有很强的抗冲击及抗过载能力。
从衬底电极①和膜片电极②之间可以检测到与压力成比例的电容变化量，电容的变化值经激光微
调电路放大输出高达0.5-4.5V 的直流电压，计算机可直接采样。

1. 直接安装在测量点上（任意角度）。
2. 尽量安装在温度梯度与温度波动小的测压点上，同时避免强振动和冲击。
3. 室外安装时，尽可能放置于保护盒内，避免阳光直射和雨淋，以保持变送器性能稳定和延长使用寿命。
4. 测量蒸汽或其它高温介质时，注意不要使变送器的工作温度超限。必要时请安装散热器或其它冷却装置连接。
5. 安装时应在变送器和介质之间加装压力截止阀，以便检修和防止取压口堵塞而影响测量精度。在压力波动范
围大的场合还应加装阻尼器或压力缓冲装置。
注：不得随意更换或改动可能影响防爆性能的元器件或结构。

construction and mounting options
1. directly mount on measuring point（any angle）
2. suggest mount on measuring point with lower temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation, meanwhile
avoid vibration and impact.
3. in case of outdoor mounting, preferred mounting in protection case, avoid direct exposure to sunlight and
rainfall, to maintain transmitter s functional stability and longer service life.
4. when measuring steam or other high temperature media, make sure transmitter s working temperature limit
is observed. Fit cooler or other cooling device if necessary.
5. when mounting, shut valve should be used between transmitter and medium, for easy maintenance and to
prevent pressure taking port from blocking that influences measuring accuracy. Damper or pressure buffer
should be used where big pressure fluctuation exists.
Note ：random replacing or altering elements or construction that may impair explosion-proof function is
prohibited.

Connection of pressure transmitter in measuring system refers to figure 4. Suggest
power supply Vs uses 24V.DC。
Sampling resistance in secondary instrument（load resistance）R L uses 250 Ω。If
resistance deviates for Us and R L , R L value shall not exceed the value from formula

Power supply is connected to transmitter with signal cable, connections holes at both
sides of top of transmitter is sealed with cable or assembled with signal cable, signal
cable is fastened by lock nuts, idle connection hole must be sealed.

YS1 本安型压力变送器采用本质安全电路，适用于爆炸危险区域，防爆等级 ExiaIICT5(防爆合格证编号：
CE042114)，技术性能指标与普通型压力变送器相同。在系统回路中必须采用屏蔽信号电缆，并可靠接地。
系统连接及调试

变送器在测量系统中的连接见图4。建议电源电压V s 选用24V.DC。
二次仪表中采样电阻（负载电阻）RL的阻值选用250Ω。如果Us和R L 选用别的数值，
那么R L  = 值不能超过由公式计算得到的数值。
电源通过信号线接到变送器， 变送器顶部两侧面的连接孔用电缆密封或信号线装配，信
号电缆通过紧固螺母锁紧，不使用的连接口必须密封。

变送器出厂前已根据用户需求，量程、精度均已调到精度范围以内，一般不需校验。但以下情况需重新校验：
A. 运输途中出现跌落、强烈震颠和碰撞；
B. 存放期超过一年；
C. 长时间运行后，出现大于精度范围内的误差；
D. 使用单位的例行检验；

YS1 intrinsically safety type pressure transmitter adopts intrinsically safety circuit, suitable for explosive
hazardous zone, explosion-proof class ExiaIICT5(explosion-proof certificate no. ：CE042114)，technical func-
tion index is same as standard pressure transmitter. Shielded signal cable must be used in system loop, and must

如何选择压力变送器（具体订货时参考）
(1) 确定测量介质
根据腐蚀程度的大小选择相应的变送器，一般来说非强酸、强碱均可使用以不锈钢为隔离单元的变送器，否
则只能选择专为防腐蚀设计的钛合金等特制变送器。其次还需看测量介质是否粘稠，干净程度，如果粘稠介质
就需要选择硬性隔离单元的变送器。
(2) 确定测量范围和测量方式
一般选择测量范围时要考虑 实际测量范围，过压测量范围，选择量程以最大测量范围为准，同时考虑过压
测量范围的大小。 另外需要选择正确的测量方式，如果测量差压必须选择差压变送器。
(3) 确定精度范围，补偿温度范围，使用温度范围
根据需要测量的最低精度，一般选择略高于所要求最低精度的产品。 选择时还需考虑长期稳定性指标。 所
谓补偿温度范围即正常工作时测量介质的温度范围，使用温度范围即使用过程中可能出现的最大温度范围，一
般选择时略大于测量介质的温度范围。
(4) 确定供电电源、输出信号、压力螺纹接口、电气接口、机械尺寸等
(5) 确定是否需要防爆，需要防电磁干扰，以及外壳防水的环境指标

how to choose pressure transmitter（refer to when ordering）
(1) decide measuring medium
Choose corresponding transmitter according to corrosivity, normally transmitter with stainless steel isolation
cell is enough for non strong acid strong alkali, otherwise special chemical seal product made in titanium alloy
specially designed for corrosion-proof must be used. Secondly, need to know viscosity of measuring medium,
cleanliness, in case of very viscous transmitter of rigid isolation cell needs to be used.
(2) decide measuring range and method
normally when choosing measuring range, need to consider actual measuring range, overpressure
measuring range, choosing range should refer to the biggest measuring range, meanwhile consider volume of
overpressure range. In addition, need to choose correct measuring method, if measuring pressure difference,
need to use differential pressure transmitter
(3) decide accuracy range, compensation temperature range, using temperature range.
according to minimum accuracy, normally choose a bit higher accuracy
meanwhile when choosing, need to consider long term stability
compensation temperature range is that measuring medium s temperature range when working normally,
using temperature range is the biggest temperature range when using, normally choose a little bigger
temperature range than required.
(4) decide pressure connection, electric connection, mechanical dimensions etc
(5) decide if need explosion-proof, electro magnetic interference-proof, and ambient factor of
water-proof of enclosure
